Connie

Connie Mahan, Co-Founder of Gaia Awakenings, is a Traditional Reiki Master, Shamanic Reiki Master, Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner, Sound & Vibrational Therapy Practitioner and Certified Hypnotist. Her interest in healing the mind and body has spanned decades. Giving this gift to others was sparked by her personal experience with Reiki, which helped her heal during times of deep loss and grieving.

Alongside her daughter they have traveled across the country seeking in-person training with some of the most prominent teachers in the field.

Connie joined Asheley and an emergency response team to aid trauma survivors after a devastating Hurricane hit their area. Together they used their skills to help both survivors and first responders.

Connie is deeply compassionate about helping her clients. With her wealth of knowledge, she has the tools to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit, providing individuals with an opportunity for profound healing.

In addition to her dedication to helping others, she has a passion for dogs and four legged animals. She is an Animal Reiki master and studying Jin Shin Jyutsu for animals.

Connie loves to spend time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She loves to travel, enjoys cooking and playing in the garden. Additionally, she feels blessed to have her mother of 94 years living nearby.
