TERMS & CONDITIONS
Appointments must be paid in full prior to the appointment date. Once your appointment is scheduled you will be sent a link to make payment.
No Shows will result in NO Refunds.
Cancellations:
Appointments must be canceled within 48 hours of the appointment date to receive a full refund. Please cancel your appointment by calling (239) 374-2824 or via email sent to gaia@gaiaawakenings.com or through the website on the Get in Touch page. Missed appointments without proper notification are non-refundable.
If you cancel your appointment with a 24 hour notice, you have the opportunity to transfer to another date however a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. If you are late for appointments every effort will be made to work you in, but you may be asked to reschedule, and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.
By reading these terms and conditions you accept and understand the terms and conditions and will conduct yourself with respect.
Gaia Awakenings has the right to refuse service to anyone that does not conduct themselves with dignity.
